CASA AQUAMARINE RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

When you request to confirm your reservation, your selected dates will be blocked as soon as you do your Paypal payment. (Could be as soon as the same day).

Casa Aquamarine does  require a deposit for damages. A $ 1,000.00 deposit is required which will be returned one day after departure if no damages are encountered.

Damage includes lost kayaks or paddles, damaged linens, towels or any article which will need to be replaced.

Regarding reservations: If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment in full is required upon reserving.

If a reservation is made outside of these 60 days, a 60% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation and balance due date will be 60 days prior to arrival date.

All holiday reservations require full payment.

Holidays are defined as the weeks of: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter.

Payments cannot be split up between multiple parties. One party has to take responsibility of making the payment of the property.

Once your deposit is confirmed, your reservation is fully done; you will receive an e-mail with your reservation details, driving directions and the check-in instructions for your reservation.

You as a guest: I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact you if I have any questions.

Casa Aquamarine and or its owners, administrators or caretakers, are not liable for any injuries, accidents, theft or misfortune that may occur during my stay. Any questions or complaints regarding the reserved property during my stay shall be directed to on-site property staff and/or management of said property.

ACCEPTABLE USE OF RENTAL PROPERTY

Any use of a dwelling other than residential during a family vacation must be approved in advance by the property management and/or owner. Only the number of people reflected in the Rental Agreement are permitted to over-night at the dwelling. No weddings, parties or large gatherings are permissible. There is NO SUBLEASING of the dwelling permitted. Any deviation from these provisions will result in immediate forfeit of your deposit, additional charges to be paid on site and/or eviction.

Please ask our Manager if you need different times, according to the daily different situations, we might accommodate your wishes.

 

CHANGE FEES

There will be a $50.00 US dollar change fee for any changes after the deposit has been made, with the exception of extending the reservations.

WEATHER

There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are by nature unpredictable and an act of God. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by Fax or e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within two weeks in the form of a check in US dollars or a transfer.

Cancellations could be subject not only to the cancellation penalties but also up to a $200 US dollar cancellation fee.

Cancellation prior to 60 days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of deposit.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 75% of the Total Rent.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS

When you request to confirm your reservation we will send you an email with the instructions for deposit.

Your payment must be processed and received within 3 days of receiving your confirmation instructions in order to hold your reservation.

If a reservation is made outside of these 60 days, a 60% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation and balance due date will be 60 days prior to arrival date.

Villa and condo payments cannot be split up between multiple parties. One party has to take responsibility of making the payment of the property.

Once your reservation is processed online you will receive a confirmation voucher with your reservation details, driving directions and the check-in instructions for your rental or resort reservation.

Prices are subject to changes without previous advice. After full payment and later price discounts/increase no adjustment will be made.

TRAVEL INSURANCE- FOR YOUR PROTECTION

I understand that I am urged to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect my vacation investment against cancellation due to illness, flight cancellations, etc. I understand that in the event of becoming ill during or after our vacation, or having to cut our vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are my responsibility and I shall not be entitled to any refund either total or partial. I accept that Casa Aquamarine and its employees are not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold Casa Aquamarine liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond Casa Aquamarine or a supplier's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, industrial accidents, pandemics, hurricanes or other weather conditions.

I, the renter/leasee of said dwelling offered for rent by Casa Aquamarine understand and agree to abide by ALL the terms and regulations set forth in this document, and as the renter/leasee, I agree to be held financially responsible.
