Applicable taxes currently at 16% Federal tax, and 3% Lodging tax are non included.

Service Charge of 5% of the total reservation amount will be request at the check out time
A minimum stay of 7 night is requested for Holiday Season, 5 nights for high season, 4 nights in mid season, and 3 nights for low season
$1000 USD Deposit for Groceries will be requested at reservation time and will be deducted from your groceries invoice
